傷風，又稱感冒或普通感冒，醫學上稱為急性上呼吸道感染或急性鼻咽炎，是一種輕微的上呼吸道（鼻及喉部）病毒性感染。症狀有打噴嚏、抽鼻涕、流鼻水、鼻塞、喉部痕癢、痛或有痰、咳嗽、頭痛及疲倦。


傷風通常在受涼、淋雨或過度疲勞等原因作用下，加上身體抵抗力下降所引致。如無併發症，傷風一般在三至五天便會痊癒，少數人可能有繼發性細菌感染。
